Position: Food Safety Supervisor (FSS)

Vardan Group is an accredited EIA Consultant, recognized and approved by multiple regulatory government bodies to provide consulting and testing services.With a team of over 300 professionals, the Group includes senior experts and officers from reputed institutions such as the Pollution Control Board, Mines & Geology, SAIL, NEERI, CSIR, NABL, and FRI.Work Requirement: Candidate must be willing to work in night shifts as per operational needs.QualificationDiploma / Graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline (as per FSSAI guidelines).Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor Food Safety & Quality Systems (FSMS) in accordance with FSSAI standards.Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits, ensure compliance, and close CAPA actions.Maintain SOPs, operational checklists, and vendor FSSAI license documentation.Conduct training for food handlers and operational teams on GMP, GHP, and hygiene practices.Prepare and present periodic reports on food safety performance and compliance status.Skills & CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge of FSSAI regulations and FSMS implementation.Proficiency in auditing, documentation, and compliance reporting.Strong communication, training, and analytical abilitiesSkills: documentation,food technology,auditing,food science,checklists,fsms,compliance reporting
