Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Production Specialist located in Jejuri, Pune. The Specialist will be responsible for food preparation, processing, ensuring food safety standards, and effective communication within the production team. Education:- Food Tech./B.Tech, Graduation and Post-Graduation in Microbiology. Experience: - Above 5 Years Key Skills and Responsibilities:- Being updated with the latest procedures applied in the industry. Ensure smooth functioning of the entire production. Implementation of the production plan. Overseeing the entire production department and improving the efficiency of the same. Improve utilization of infrastructure and manpower resources. Set systematic and written processes for each activity. Knowledge of HACCP. Reduce Wastage in Financial Prospects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production departments, Business Prospective.
