Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Production Faculty specialized in practical Continental cuisine. The role is located in Khatima. The Food Production Faculty will be responsible for instructing and guiding students in the preparation and presentation of continental dishes. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, delivering practical kitchen sessions, assessing student performance, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, the faculty will help in the development of course materials, mentoring students, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Continental Cuisine and Culinary Arts
  • Experience in instructing and guiding students in a culinary setting
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students
  • Relevant certifications graduation or diploma in culinary arts from UGC/NCHMCT/AICTE Approved Institutions or University.
  • Prior teaching experience in a technical or vocational institute is a plus.
