Food Formulation Specialist

As a Food Formulation Specialist-Beverages at Food Buddies, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative beverage products to meet market demands and client expectations. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding project expectations and deliverables, and planning accordingly. - Demonstrating knowledge of ingredients and their functionalities, and suggesting vendors for procurement. - Investigating various formulation combinations and processing techniques to optimize product development. - Supervising and conducting lab trials and internal sensory tests, ensuring proper data recording. - Delegating tasks to Product Development Associates and monitoring their work. - Documenting all reports in a timely manner to meet organizational requirements. - Identifying and evaluating third-party manufacturers for product commercialization trials. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory (FSSAI) and legal requirements for all developed products. - Coordinating with NABL accredited External Labs for product analysis. - Understanding and implementing product labeling requirements such as ingredient lists and nutritional information. Qualifications & Experience: - 3-5 years of Research & Development experience in Beverages - B. Tech or M.
