About Dass Continental:
Dass Continental, a reputed 4-star hotel in Thrissur, is known for its exceptional hospitality and service standards. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Role Overview:
As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Food & Beverage department, from daily operations to team leadership, ensuring that service quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and attention to detail.
Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team to perform at the highest level.
Plan and execute menus, promotions, and special events in coordination with management.
Control food & beverage costs, manage inventory, and optimize revenue.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and 4-star hospitality standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B department of a 4-star hotel.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven expertise in F&B operations, cost management, and guest relations.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced hospitality environment with a hands-on approach.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹29,000 – ₹38,000+ per month (based on experience & expertise).
Food and accommodation provided.
Monthly 4 leaves.
10 working hours daily with overtime pay (OT) for extra hours.
