About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed F&B Manager who truly understands what it means to create memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service with a hands-on approach.Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and service standards that reflect our brand values.Guide, train, and support the F&B team, helping them grow with confidence and skill.
Coordinate with chefs on menu planning and ensure consistent taste and presentation.
Keep track of inventory, manage stock wisely, and minimize wastage.
Address guest concerns with patience and ensure their needs are met promptly.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth events and guest experiences.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and contribute to revenue growth.
Continuously explore ideas to improve service and enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience Required:
At least 4–8 years of experience in Hotel Industry is must.

Required Skills
Strong leadership with a positive and approachable attitude.
Excellent understanding of F&B operations and guest service standards.
Good communication and the ability to handle guest interactions gracefully.
Multitasking ability and calmness during busy operations.
Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, and inventory control.
A passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.

Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
F&B or Food Safety certifications are an added advantage.
