Food and Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Set up dining areas, buffets, and service stations as per hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas and adhere to FSSAI and hotel standards.
• Ensure all tables are properly cleaned and reset between guests.
• Handle billing procedures and process payments accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Assist with room service, banquets, and special events as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 12th Pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Positive attitude, good grooming, and a strong sense of guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
