Job Description

As a Food Server, your role involves taking food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude. You will write patrons" food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Engaging with customers in a friendly manner and having knowledge of the menu to make suggestions are key responsibilities. You will also ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Additionally, preparing checks that itemize total meal costs and sales taxes, as well as helping food preparation staff when necessary, are part of your tasks. Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred - Experience: 1 year in a restaurant setting required The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
