Food and Beverage Server

As a Food and Beverage Server, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests promptly and warmly. - Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. - Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar. - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. - Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. - Clear tables, clean, and reset them for the next guests. - Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: - Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong customer service orientation. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
