Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of F&B Service at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, located in Jharsuguda. The Manager will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensure exceptional service delivery, and maintain service standards. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, coordinating with the culinary team for seamless operations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires ensuring that all guest experiences align with the brand’s commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and staff training capabilities
• Operational expertise in food and beverage service, including event coordination and service standards
• Proficiency in guest service management, including handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene compliance in food and beverage operations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in a managerial role within luxury hotels or fine dining establishments is an advantage
