Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.

• Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest experience.

• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver high service standards.

• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control effectively.

• Coordinate with the culinary team for menu planning and quality standards.

• Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per hotel policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a senior F&B leadership role in the hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations and industry best practices.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle a dynamic team environment.

• Candidates willing to work in Thrissur are preferred.
