We’re building a calm, creative, and professional team for Chia Lounge. We serve clean, health conscious food, great coffee and drinks in a stunning beachfront setting. Our clientele are our yoga guests, domestic and international tourists seeking high quality , relaxing service.
Great spoken English, relaxed yet professional style required. Must be flexible, adaptable and have a SUPERB eye for detail
Details:
Responsible for kitchen and front of house for a buffet restaurant and A La Carte
Responsible for exceptional service to guests including high quality service and food
Responsible for budget management including costs, wastage, stock and inventory and profit
Team of 20 across front of house and kitchen.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a café, resort, or lifestyle restaurant
Competitive salary + meals ( accommodation is negotiable)
