Job Title: Food & Beverage Floor Staff - ( Trainee Steward, Steward, Senior Steward, Trainee Captain, Captain, Senior Captain, Floor Manager/Supervisor)

Location: Kofuku and Heng bok Restaurant - Mumbai (Andheri, Powai, Lower Parel)
Department: Service / Operations
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Floor Staff to join our Japanese and Korean fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional guest experience through warm hospitality, in-depth menu knowledge, and attention to detail, reflecting the elegance of Japanese and Korean dining culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Present menus, explain dishes, and recommend food and beverage pairings.
  • Take accurate orders and ensure timely service in coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining area at all times.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing attentive service.
  • Follow proper table setting, serving, and clearing procedures as per fine dining standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Uphold restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
  • Support team members during peak hours and special events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, preferably Japanese or Korean cuisine.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
  • Knowledge of Japanese/Korean dining etiquette and beverages (sake, soju, tea) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant service or hospitality.
  • Hotel Management or F&B certification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
