Job Description

Assist the Operations Manager in making key policy, planning, and strategic decisions.
Manage day-to-day operations of all outlets and the central kitchen.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are properly filed and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Support the Operations Manager in planning short-term and long-term goals, including expansion initiatives.
Identify operational challenges and business opportunities and contribute to effective solutions.
Build alliances and partnerships with relevant external organizations to support business growth.
Responsible for reducing operational costs through process improvements and efficient resource utilization.
Communicate and coordinate with delivery portals to ensure smooth order management.
Enhance and improve customer experience across all outlets.
