Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage Executive, located in Mawal. The Food & Beverage Executive will oversee the daily operations of food service, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and adherence to service standards. Responsibilities include managing food preparation, supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, coordinating with culinary teams, and resolving guest inquiries or complaints. The role also involves contributing to the planning and implementation of innovative menus. The candidate will ensure all operations align with the resort's eco-friendly values and commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, with a focus on maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Strong grasp of Customer Service and Communication to provide outstanding experiences and handle guest interactions effectively.
  • Culinary Skills to assist in overseeing food preparation and ensuring menu quality meets desired standards.
  • Management and organizational abilities to lead staff and maintain high operational standards.
  • Adaptability and teamwork, with an emphasis on understanding and contributing to eco-friendly practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations, particularly in an eco-resort or luxury hospitality environment, is a plus.
