Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Controller located in New Delhi. The Food and Beverage Controller will oversee cost control, menu costing, and financial analysis. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring food and beverage expenses, analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate accounting practices, and collaborating with various departments to maintain budget controls and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Menu Costing
• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Experience in Accounting practices
• Excellent numerical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
