As a Property Advisor/Sales Advisor at our real estate team in Bengaluru, your main responsibility will be to advise clients, conduct site visits, and close property sales while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Your key responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable property options, handling inbound leads, generating new leads through field and network outreach, scheduling and conducting site visits, building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with CRM, marketing, and legal teams for smooth closures, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
