NETWORK MANAGER

As a Network Service Coordinator, your role involves ensuring the achievement of monthly service and operational targets for all network partners. You will act as a process coordinator between different workshops and the showroom, streamlining procedures and maximizing efficiency. It is crucial to maintain strong follow-ups with network partners, service teams, and workshop managers to promptly resolve any issues that arise. Your authoritative leadership will be instrumental in managing teams and motivating staff to deliver results effectively. Your responsibilities will also include conducting regular field visits to workshops and network outlets to evaluate service quality and adherence to company standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing showrooms and workshops for performance, infrastructure, and customer service standards. Preparation of detailed reports on network performance, visit findings, and service targets achieved will be a key aspect of your role. Qualifications required for this role include prior experience in field sales/service coordination or network management, preferably in automotive or retail sectors. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, coordinate teams, and enforce processes. A willingness to travel locally within 50 km of Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, is necessary. Strong follow-up and reporting abilities, coupled with a professional and authoritative approach to work, will contribute to your success in this role.
