Sales Representative Property Advisor / Sales Advisor (Real Estate)

As a Property Advisor/Sales Advisor at our real estate team in Bengaluru, your main responsibility will be to advise clients, conduct site visits, and close property sales while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Your key responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable property options, handling inbound leads, generating new leads through field and network outreach, scheduling and conducting site visits, building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with CRM, marketing, and legal teams for smooth closures, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong client-handling and follow-up abilities, willingness to travel for site visits, basic knowledge of real estate market trends and legal processes, and proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi, and other regional languages are essential requirements. A graduate degree in any stream, with a background in Real Estate/Marketing, is preferred. Prior experience in residential sales or project-based marketing, familiarity with CRM tools and property portals will be advantageous.
