Job Description

As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the sales, branding, and promotional strategies within the FMCG sector. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading marketing initiatives, and executing large-scale promotional activities to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share targets. - Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement. - Oversee distribution strategies and channel management to strengthen market presence. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support planning. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and product reach. - Drive promotional activities, including trade promotions, retail activations, and consumer offers. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns. - Lead customer engagement initiatives such as lucky draws, coupons, loyalty programs, and in-store activations. - Develop customer retention strategies that enhance brand loyalty and repeat purchases. - Collaborate with sales partners, distributors, and retailers for joint promotional activities. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in the FMCG sector. - Strong background in sales leadership and marketing strategy. - Proven experience in driving promotional activities and retail marketing campaigns. - Hands-on experience conducting customer engagement activities such as lucky draws, coupons, in-store promotions, etc. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills. - Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. In this role, you will also oversee budgeting for sales and marketing functions, prepare periodic reports on performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners, and ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with Provident Fund benefits, and the work location is in person.,
