FMCG Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who has worked specifically with FMCG products and understands NIS-based marketing, distribution models, retail push strategies, and modern trade/GT/BT dynamics. The ideal candidate should be skilled in planning, execution, brand building, sales acceleration, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & execute FMCG marketing strategies (GT/MT/NIS focused).
• Plan consumer promotions, dealer schemes, and retail visibility activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and price positioning.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI reporting.
• Work closely with the sales team to push product movement and increase market penetration.
• Handle product launches, branding activities, and digital promotions.
• Build and manage channel partnerships, distributors, and retail networks.
• Ensure strong NIS (New Introduction Strategy) for new or seasonal products.
• Lead a team and manage vendors, agencies, and creatives.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of FMCG sector and NIS strategies.
• Expertise in trade marketing, product placement & visual merchandising.
• Understanding of supply chain, distribution & retail dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple campaigns.
• Digital marketing understanding is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–10 years’ experience in FMCG marketing (mandatory).
• Proven record of successful product launches and sales-driven marketing.
