Role Description

Analyze sales data to inform product development and marketing strategies

• An FMCG manager is responsible for the development and marketing of products for a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
• They need to be able to analyze market data and consumer behavior to make informed decisions.
• They also need to be able to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.
• They should have strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and partners.
• They should have a deep understanding of FMCG marketing techniques.
• They should have the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Skills and qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• An MBA or advanced degree
• 5-7 years of experience in FMCG, product management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a managerial role
