Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Flutter Developer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 months of Flutter development experience who are looking to grow into a Senior Developer role. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle of mobile applications using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Applications: Build and maintain mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate Remotely: Participate in virtual meetings, contribute to team discussions, and follow project timelines.
• Optimize Performance: Debug and enhance application performance, usability, and reliability.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Dart and the Flutter framework
• Familiar with Git and Firebase
• Remote Work Setup: Access to a personal laptop, smartphone, and a stable internet connection.
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, and able to work independently.

Education:

Preferred degrees:

• Undergraduate: B.Sc (IT), BCA, BE (IT), Computer Science
• Postgraduate: M.Sc (IT), MCA, MBA (IT)
