Flutter Developer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Flutter Developer with around 2 years of hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile development, well-versed in Flutter and Dart, and has a sharp eye for UI/UX detail. Strong English communication skills are essential to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver functional and user-friendly features.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, clean, and maintainable code.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and testing cycles.
• Write well-structured, documented, and testable code.
• Communicate clearly in English regarding project updates, technical challenges, and solutions.

Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Proficient in using Git for version control.
• Familiar with unit, widget, and integration testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with backend tools like Firebase, GraphQL, or other services.
• Basic understanding of native development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Pay: ₹16,836.95 - ₹32,288.41 per month
