Flower Bouquet Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and craft aesthetically appealing flower bouquets, arrangements, and hampers for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and festivals.
  
• Ensure all floral designs meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and pricing structures.
  
• Select flowers, foliage, and materials based on seasonality, freshness, and design requirements.
  
• Collaborate with the procurement team on flower sourcing and inventory planning.
  
• Innovate new bouquet concepts and stay updated on global floral design trends.
  
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring accuracy and consistency in each bouquet.
  
• Manage customer customization requests and create bespoke arrangements when needed.
  
• Ensure proper handling, conditioning, and storage of flowers to maximize shelf life.
  
• Work closely with the photography/content team for product shoot setups.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the design workspace.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Flower Designer/Floral Artist/Floral Stylist (15 years preferred).
  
• Strong creativity with an eye for color combinations, proportions, and aesthetics.
  
• Hands-on knowledge of floral materials, design techniques, and bouquet styles.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of floral care and maintenance.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons (Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Festivals, etc.).
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of global floral design trends.
  
• Experience in designing luxury or premium bouquets.
  
• Basic photography or styling sense is a plus.
  
• Experience working in e-commerce or retail floristry.
