The Floor Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the sales floor, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include managing staff, addressing customer inquiries, providing training and guidance to team members, and monitoring sales performance. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer service and striving to enhance the overall customer experience.
