Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Floor Supervisor with hands-on experience in stainless steel kitchen equipment fabrication . The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sheet metal processes and be proficient in AutoCAD for interpreting technical drawings and guiding production. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily floor operations for stainless steel kitchen equipment manufacturing. Review and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD . Coordinate tasks for fabrication, welding, polishing, and assembly teams. Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to production standards. Manage production timelines and ensure project deadlines are met. Troubleshoot issues related to fabrication and material handling. Collaborate with design and procurement teams for project execution. Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferably in kitchen equipment or similar industry. Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation. Strong understanding of sheet metal processes – cutting, bending, welding, and finishing. Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Good communication and leadership skills. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
