Role Overview:
The Floor Supervisor will oversee shop-floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow, manpower management, quality output, and safety compliance in the EV production line.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan and allocate daily tasks to operators and workers.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimal resource utilization.- Monitor quality at every stage and implement corrective measures when required.- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to resolve issues.- Enforce 5S practices and workplace discipline.- Train and guide workers on work instructions, safety protocols, and machine handling.- Prepare daily production reports and submit to management.- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Requirements: - Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering.
- 2–5 years’ supervisory experience in automobile/manufacturing.- Strong leadership and people management skills.- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, safety, and quality systems.- Ability to work in shifts and handle large teams.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
