Floor Plan Designer, Client Services

Role Overview: You will be joining Cvent as a Floor Plan Designer, utilizing your strong aesthetic sense to work on the Cvent Social Tables tool. Your main responsibility will involve implementing seamless, accurate, and efficient floor plans based on client requirements within the Cvent Social Tables CMS tool. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential for effectively engaging with internal project managers and understanding client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Take full responsibility for projects involving the entire Cvent Social Tables Platform, including Floor Plan projects, Convert Projects, and Propose Projects - Draft and trace floor plans from clients using the Cvent Social Tables CMS tool - Conceptualize requirements through various communication channels (email, calls, etc.) - Actively work on the Cvent Social Tables tool to complete assigned projects within set timelines - Prioritize work based on business needs, communicate project completion to Project Coordinators, and provide visual summaries for customer review - Conduct quality checks on each project to ensure adherence to instructions and client satisfaction - Contribute to enhancing the customer experience within the broader Cvent ecosystem of products - Demonstrate a customer-centric focus, proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and efficiency in project completion - Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, flexible environment Qualifications Required: - Be curious and committed to continuous learning - Capable of creating clean Creative artworks - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to share ideas - Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking - Ability to manage stakeholders effectively with sound business judgment - Self-motivated, proactive, and efficient in learning and using internal tools - Confidence to address or escalate process/tool issues independently - Strong work ethic, respect for workplace, and care for quality of work - 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment - Bachelor's degree in any stream is mandatory - Preference for candidates with AutoCAD experience,
