Floor manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all floor activities in the laptop showroom.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
• Ensure proper display of laptops, accessories, and promotional materials.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse for replenishment.
• Maintain product knowledge on latest laptops, specs, features, and offers.
• Ensure the floor team provides accurate product information to customers.
• Oversee billing, return, and exchange processes efficiently.
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Train and onboard new staff on showroom operations and sales techniques.
• Generate daily/weekly sales and footfall reports for management review.
• Ensure all systems (billing, POS, inventory) are working smoothly on the floor.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in retail floor management, preferably in electronics or laptop showroom.
• Experience in handling a sales team and customer interactions.

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• In-depth knowledge of laptop brands, specifications, and trends.
• Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
