Floor Manager

We are searching for an organized Floor Manager to oversee all floor activities, which include assisting customers, supervising staff, and managing store stock. As the Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all floor requirements are effectively met. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff members, providing training for their assigned roles, assisting the Display staff, monitoring store stock levels, and addressing any queries or requests from customers. To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school qualification or its equivalent, along with prior experience in a managerial position. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, and previous experience in Sales would be advantageous. Being highly organized is also a key requirement for this position. This is a Full-time job that may involve working various shifts such as Day shift, Evening shift, and Morning shift. The ability to commute or relocate to Wayanad, Kerala is required for this position. Ideally, the successful candidate should have a total of 2 years of work experience.
