Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Showroom & Operations Management

• Supervise daily operations on the showroom floor, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and security.

• Monitor inventory display and ensure products are showcased attractively.

• Implement standard operating procedures (SOP's) for sales, billing, and customer service.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

• Assist the sales team in achieving individual and collective sales targets.

• Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and suggest improvements.

• Up-sell and cross-sell products while maintaining customer satisfaction.

3. Customer Experience Management

• Ensure customers receive prompt and personalized attention.

• Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and VIP clients.

4. Team Management & Training

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate floor staff, sales executives, and greeters.

• Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

• Create duty rosters and manage staff attendance.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily reports on sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the back office, inventory, and marketing teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory guidelines.
