As a Floor In-charge, your role involves actively learning and performing key operational tasks to support the seamless execution of daily business floor operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Learning and executing daily operational processes to ensure smooth floor activities. - Coordinating with team members to assign and oversee daily tasks and responsibilities. - Ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols across the floor. - Assisting in training and guiding floor staff for performance optimization. - Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to floor operations. - Preparing reports and presentations as required by management.
