Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive store sales to meet or exceed targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
Oversee daily inventory management and visual merchandising.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain and manage loss prevention.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a floor incharge or in a similar retail management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
