Role & responsibilities

Strong knowledge of FMCG/Grocery products
Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Assist customers with locating products and making purchase decisions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Inventory management knowledge
Customer-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills (POS, inventory software, MS Excel)

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Bachelors degree in any stream
25 years of experience in a retail or grocery/FMCG store (preferred)
Familiarity with retail operations and inventory systems
