About the Role

Gaymed Labs is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Floaters (Field Sales Promoters) to represent our eye-care products (Rinsol, Multisol+, etc.) across key pharmacy outlets in Delhi NCR.

The role involves interacting with customers and conducting in-store demos ensuring brand visibility. 

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Visit the assigned pharmacy stores on rotation.

•⁠ ⁠Engage customers, explain product benefits, and conduct live demos.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper product display and merchandising at each store.

•⁠ ⁠Distribute promotional material and samples as per campaign plan.

•⁠ ⁠Track daily footfall and customer activity. 

•⁠ ⁠Represent Gaymed Labs professionally in-store at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (retail experience will be preferred).

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and customer interaction skills.

•⁠ ⁠Confident, presentable, and proactive personality.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with daily field visits within assigned zones.

Eligibility

Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

Experience: Prior experience in pharmacy sales or retail outlets preferred.
