Job Title: Sales Executive- Retail & Distributor Sales (Optical/Eyewear Industry/Pharma/Cosmetics) Location: Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara and other cities in Gujarat Industry: Optical / Eyewear / Healthcare Products: Multipurpose Contact Lens Solution (Multisol Brand), Lens Cleaning Solution, Anti-fog Cleaning Solution, Coloured Contact Lenses, Lens Wipes, Rewetting & Lubricating Drops, Herbal Eye Drops etc. Department: Retail Sales & Distribution Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG / Optical / Healthcare Product Sales / Pharma Preferred, Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Field Executive to drive retail and distributor sales for our range of optical care products for mentioned cities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing retail accounts, developing new business, and maintaining strong distributor relationships within the optical / eyewear industry / Pharma / Health care / Hospitals Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory sales plans for Gujarat cities Manage and grow existing retail & distributor network for contact lens solutions and related products. Identify new retail stores, opticians, and potential channel partners for business expansion. Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, pricing, and competitor activities. Ensure timely order booking, stock replenishment, and follow-ups for payments. Educate retailers and store staff about product benefits and usage via training and demos. Launch and promote new products, offers, and promotional campaigns.Submit sales reports, competitor insights, and market feedback to the sales manager regularly. Co-ordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, accounts) for smooth operations and client servicing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in optical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries. Fresher will also be considered for the Jr. Position Role Strong knowledge of city retail and optical market landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel daily within assigned regions (own two-wheeler preferred). Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and sales reporting tools.
