Floater / Field Sales Promoter

As a Floater/Field Sales Promoter at Gaymed Labs, your role will involve representing eye-care products such as Rinsol, Multisol+ at key pharmacy outlets in Delhi NCR. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, conducting in-store demos, and ensuring brand visibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit the assigned pharmacy stores on rotation. - Engage customers, explain product benefits, and conduct live demos. - Ensure proper product display and merchandising at each store. - Distribute promotional material and samples as per campaign plan. - Track daily footfall and customer activity. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 12 years of experience in sales (retail experience preferred). - Strong communication and customer interaction skills. - Confident, presentable, and proactive personality. - Comfortable with daily field visits within assigned zones. In this role, you should have a minimum of 12th pass education (Graduates preferred) and prior experience in pharmacy sales or retail outlets would be an added advantage. The position is open to both male and female candidates. The compensation for this position will be as per industry standards with additional incentives based on performance and conversions.
