Job Summary:

The Flight Ticket Sales Executive will be responsible for handling airline ticket sales for both domestic and international destinations. This includes managing bookings, issuing tickets, providing accurate fare quotes, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight ticket bookings, re-bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide customers with accurate fare quotations and flight options.
• Ensure all bookings comply with airline and IATA regulations.
• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries (baggage allowance, check-in procedures, visa info).
• Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Upsell additional services like extra baggage, travel insurance, and seat upgrades.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for reservations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Travel & Tourism or Hospitality).
• Experience: 1–3 years in airline ticketing, travel agency, or reservations department.

Salary Range:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience, incentives may apply).
