Flex PLM Architect

JD:

We are seeking a highly experienced PLM Architect FlexPLM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FlexPLM architecture, configuration, and integration to support enterprise-level deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement FlexPLM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define PLM strategies and roadmaps. • Ensure seamless integration of FlexPLM with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications.
• Optimize product development workflows, BOM management, and supplier collaboration.
• Drive customization, configuration, and migration of PLM applications.
• Lead FlexPLM upgrades, enhancements, and system performance tuning.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Manage data migration, system security, and compliance within PLM frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 9–15 years of experience in PLM implementation & architecture.
• Strong expertise in FlexPLM configuration, customization, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JSP, XML, Web Services, and PLM-ERP-CAD integrations.
• Deep understanding of product development processes, BOM management, and data models.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive PLM solutions.
• Experience in PLM system performance tuning, security, and compliance. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in retail, apparel, or manufacturing industries using FlexPLM. • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies in PLM implementations.
