Job Description: We are looking for a highly responsible Fleet Manager to handle the overall management of our transport business, including trucks and cabs. The ideal candidate should be experienced in logistics, load searching, driver management, cost control, and revenue optimization. Key Responsibilities: Load Searching & Negotiation – Find and finalize profitable loads for trucks and cabs. Some times need to go to the field ..... Driver Management – Recruit, supervise, and ensure discipline among drivers. Fleet Supervision – Monitor truck and cab movement, maintenance, and availability. Fuel & Expense Control – Keep track of fuel consumption and minimize unnecessary expenses. Revenue & Cost Management – Optimize income while reducing operational costs. 24/7 Monitoring – Ensure smooth operations but can take rest when there is no work. Requirements: Prior experience in transport/logistics management. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle 24/7 operations.
