Job Title: Marketing Operations & Analytics Lead Location: Chennai [Onsite] Experience Level: 3–6 Years Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Lead to join our fast-paced, high-impact marketing team. You’ll be the engine behind our marketing systems, analytics, and automation-powering smarter decisions and better performance across the funnel. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, loves clean data, and believes in the power of process. What You’ll Own Marketing Systems & Integrations Maintain and optimize our MarTech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Bravo, domain setup, etc.) Ensure tools are connected cleanly across the funnel—from ad click to closed deal Troubleshoot and improve automation flows, email systems, lead routing, and CRM hygiene Analytics & Reporting Set up and manage dashboards in GA4, Hotjar, and SEMrush to track user behavior, campaign performance, and SEO health Run periodic audits with tools like Screaming Frog to monitor technical site performance Develop simple, visual reports that help the team make better decisions—fast Operational Efficiency Streamline lead capture, attribution, and scoring Help marketing and sales prioritize what’s working through data-driven insights Bring a system-thinking mindset to everything you touch—from campaign setup to post-mortems What We're Looking For 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, growth ops, or demand gen roles at SaaS companies Strong understanding of B2B funnels and MarTech systems You’ve worked hands-on with HubSpot (or similar CRMs), GA4, Hotjar, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush You enjoy untangling messy systems, organizing data, and automating repeatable tasks Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Bonus Experience with accessibility, dev tools, or UX analytics Familiarity with Slack/WhatsApp/Reddit as channels (even personally) You’ve supported a small GTM team or built ops foundations from scratch
