Quality Assurance Engineer - Performance Testing

You are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join the innovative and fast-paced team. As a QA Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of AI-driven automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to design and implement effective testing strategies, identify and resolve software issues, and maintain the high standard of delivering quality software. Your key responsibilities will include developing comprehensive test plans and well-structured test cases to validate software functionality and performance. You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools like Selenium and Cypress to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Performing regression testing to guarantee application stability after updates, conducting performance and security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards, and staying updated with emerging QA tools and methodologies to continuously improve the testing process will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance with a solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes is required. Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress, programming skills in Python or Java, familiarity with SQL and scripting languages, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Experience in healthcare technology or familiarity with AI-driven applications is considered an advantage.
