Fleet Manager /Assistant Fleet Manager

• Ensuring the running of all ambulances/Fleet
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance , repair processes and Accidental insurance process etc.
• Statutory Compliances. Secure the fleet’s compliance with applicable regulations
• Timely Fleet Repair & Maintenance Tracking &Bill Processing
• Submission of repair & maintenance bills in at HO on timely.
• Preparation & implementation of monthly schedule service plan.
• Ensure the schedule service adherences of day by day.
• Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Fleet Management (increase in KMPL & tyre life compared to previous QTR / year).
• Monitoring of tyre Life, repair & maintenance cost and Fuel kmpl of ambulances.
• Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits and Reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Vendor development for spare, repair & maintenance.
• To implement the training for the pilots in districts level.
• Submission of weekly /monthly Fleet reports/Compliances.
• Vehicle performance monitoring, record keeping, and improvement
• Assisting in the recruitment of quality Pilots into the fleet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
