Fixed Asset Accountant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of company fixed assets, ensuring proper accounting, tagging, and compliance with policies and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain fixed asset register and ensure timely capitalization. - Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of assets. - Monitor asset movements, disposals, and transfers. - Coordinate with departments for asset tagging and tracking. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. - Prepare depreciation schedules and related reports. - Assist in internal and statutory audits. Qualification Required: - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) - 3-6 years of experience in fixed asset accounting, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing. - Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Tally).
