Job Purpose:

To manage and maintain accurate records of company fixed assets, ensuring proper accounting, tagging, and compliance with policies and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain fixed asset register and ensure timely capitalization.
• Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of assets.
• Monitor asset movements, disposals, and transfers.
• Coordinate with departments for asset tagging and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Prepare depreciation schedules and related reports.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• 36years of experience in fixed asset accounting, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Tally).
