Fitter/Welder

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning or broken equipment.
• Collaborate with production team to optimize equipment performance and

minimize downtime.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety

standards.

• Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size.
• Performs all kinds of FITTING and cutting on any type of metal using tools

commonly used in fitting work.

• Cutting materials into the required shapes, checking dimensions and thicknesses.
• Should be capable of engineering drawings and 3D modeling.
• Operating tools and machinery and welding equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures at all

times.

Experience: 0-3 year

Qualification: ITI Fitter.

Technical knowledge:

• Knowledge of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform welding and pipework.
• Familiarity with operating machinery such as lathes, drill machines, and grinders.

Soft skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and rectifying errors.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and safety.

CTC : As per industry Standards.

Schedule: Day shift.
