Hiring for leading oil Manufacturing company..... Position: Fitter, Utilities Operator Location: Uppugal (Jangaon), Warangal district, Telangana Experience: 5- 8 years of machine maintenance experience in the chemical / petrochemical industry Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position) Plan system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications. Assemble and secure tubes, fittings and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering and threading joints. Lay out full scale drawings of plant equipments following blueprints. Inspect, examine, and test installed systems Inspect components, assemblies and sub-assemblies to minimize rejections Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance Remove and replace worn out components. Perform economical upkeep of all equipments in the plant Source spares and do inventory control Face audits and do the follow up for the job works Examine blueprints and materials list to obtain parts specifications Periodically compare dimensions of assembly to blueprint specifications, using square, rule and callipers.
