Qualification - ITI Fitter
Experience - 2 to 10 Years of exp. in chemical or manufacturing company.
Role, job contents, scope, responsibilities Plant Maintenance activities in reputed Chemical / Pharmaceutical/Textile industry.

- Maintenance experience of Pumps / Compressors / Blowers / Gearboxes etc. and dialguage alignment. Experience in utility equipments like air compressors / Brine chillers / Water chillers / Cooling Towers will be an added advantage 
- Perform installation, alignment, and maintenanceof pumps, valves, compressors, agitators, pipelines, and other mechanical systems used in chemical processing plants.
- Carry out preventive and predictive maintenanceof rotating and static equipment as per maintenance schedules.
- Inspect mechanical systems regularly to identify wear, corrosion, and mechanical issues.
 
- Conduct repairs and replacementsof defective components (e.g., bearings, seals, gaskets, shafts, couplings, flanges).
- Assist in shutdown, turnaround, and commissioningactivities.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standardsand environmental regulations (HAZOP, PPE, permit-to-work, etc.).
- Maintain records of maintenance work, spare parts used, and equipment history.
 
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability.
 
- Read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
- Operate and maintain basic machine tools (lathe, grinder, drill, etc.) when required.
 
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices.
 
Qualification & Experience:
- Education:ITI Fitter equivalent.
- Experience:15 years (for technician level) in mechanical maintenance within a- chemical / petrochemical / fertilizer / process industry.
 
Instrument Technician(ITI Instrument/IMCP) - Chemical Industry

The Instrument Technician is responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation and control systems in a chemical manufacturing environment. The role ensures the reliability and accuracy of instruments essential for the safe and efficient operation of chemical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calibration and Maintenance:
- Perform regular calibration of instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on instrumentation and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot instrumentation and control system failures.
- Repair or replace faulty instruments and components to restore normal operations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, calibration, and repair activities.
- Prepare reports on instrument performance and reliability for management review.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Participate in safety audits and inspections as required.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving instrumentation and control systems.
- Implement upgrades and modifications to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with process engineers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure optimal operation of instrumentation systems.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
 
- ITI Instrumentation/IMCP certification or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the chemical industry or a similar industrial environment.
 
JD for Plant Operator(ITI AOCP) - Chemical Industry

- Operation and Monitoring:
- Operate and monitor chemical plant equipment and machinery, including reactors, pumps, compressors, and distillation columns.
- Conduct routine inspections and monitor process parameters to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Adjust controls to regulate temperature, pressure, flow rate, and reactant levels according to specified standards.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response training.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, working with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.

- Quality Control:
- Conduct quality control tests on products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Document and report any deviations from quality standards.

- Prepare and submit regular reports to supervisors on plant performance and operational issues.

- Work closely with other plant operators and team members to achieve production goals.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements.
- Support new operator training and mentorship programs.
Qualifications:
- Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate in AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or related industry.
