We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in facility or equipment maintenance. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated technician prepared to transition into a leadership position. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, providing support to a small team, and ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of all building systems. Your key responsibilities will include supervising daily maintenance tasks and minor repair work, coordinating work orders, and scheduling preventive maintenance routines. You will collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and repair equipment, systems, or building issues. Additionally, you will maintain maintenance logs, report updates to management, enforce safety procedures, and uphold quality standards. Managing tool inventory, ordering parts, and facilitating communication between maintenance staff and other departments will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a technical trade school background considered advantageous. A minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance or as a maintenance technician is required. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems is essential. We are looking for individuals with a strong willingness to lead, learn, and evolve into a full supervisory role. Good organizational and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to work with hand tools and maintenance software (experience with CMMS is a bonus). Preferred qualities include a positive attitude, a team-player mindset, comfort with hands-on tasks and problem-solving, and the ability to work flexible shifts and manage occasional emergencies. Carry out repairs and replacements of mechanical components using various tools and equipment. Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and provide support during busy periods. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (diesel mechanic/technician). ITI Diesel certification or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of automobile servicing, engine repair, garage operations, and technical fitting principles.

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and responsive Maintenance Technician to join our EV Charging Station Quick Response Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing rapid technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure maximum uptime of our charging infrastructure network.
